I had your winter wonderland mint chocolate and almond dream gluten free cupcakes and I wanted to let you know that they were the absolute BEST gluten free cupcakes I have EVER had! You absolutely could not tell they were gluten free because they were so moist and not crumbly! I was in heaven, so thank you for making my day and I do tell people it was one of the highlights of my trip!”

Due to a health issue I have had to make a drastic change in my life and go gluten free. When my husband told me he found a cupcake place with gluten free items I wasn’t overly excited. My experience so far with gf baked goods is not favorable! But then I had the pleasure of eating a LIMONE RICOTTA cupcake last week! You are my new heroes! I can’t stop thinking about that cupcake!
