If you are new to the gluten-free lifestyle or want to add more to your GF repertoire, then this hands-on class with spa chef Jesus is for you!  Not only will you learn some new staples for your GF diet, but many if not all of these dishes can also be prepared dairy-free too.  Menu items include squash apple soup with thai red curry, roasted pear and arugula salad with pomegranate chipotle vinaigrette, pan-roasted fish with pearl onions porcini and fingerling potatoes, root vegetables roasted with honey balsamic and spices, and chocolate cake with Fresh persimon, sweet cheese and toasted walnuts, red wine
