If you are new to the gluten-free lifestyle or want to add more to your GF repertoire, then this hands-on class with spa chef Jesus is for you!  Not only will you learn some new staples for your GF diet, but many if not all of these dishes can also be prepared dairy-free too. Menu items include tortilla soup with avocado, beet salad with pine nuts and guava dressing, shrimp enchiladas on mexican rice with guacamole and chocolate chip-cranberry cookies.
